    aloha and welcome to the forum. if u haven't noticed I closed ur other thread. im not quite sure what u meant by local library. are u connected to a wifi? or is it the amazon library on ur KF?

    Amazon claims some local libraries have digital books to borrow. I think that's what he means.

    Hmm, I tried to post a reply. Maybe it does not like the URLs I inserted. Anyway, i searched my local library's on Google, something like "contra costa library kindle books". I found media download content with some marked as Kindle access. There was also a pdf that explained the process for checking out/obtaining the kindle books. Try a similar search and see what you can find. Hope this helps, Good Luck!
