I'd suggest go to the Amazon app store and look under education. I saw a lot there, gonna go back and grab a few for my 3 year old daughter when I'm done here

Also...if you're a Prime member I see that Amazon just got lots of PBS titles too. I don't know if it included kids programming, but might be worth a look.

Excellent. Was thinking about getting my daughter a LeapPad for Christmas. She's 3. I might go ahead and order another Fire for the house/her. Hell, for 200 bones she can give the toddler treatment without me worrying about it.

Welcome to the site. You shouldn't go wrong with the low price. If you don't find enough for her use, you can keep the device for yourself until there is more of a selection that suits her age.

Not sure about a 4-year-old, but twin boys LOVE these two apps:

Amazon.com: Toddler Train - Farm: Appstore for Android

    and:

Amazon.com: Hungry Toddler: Appstore for Android

The first one is a simple app with a train. Tap on the train and a farm animal appears. Very simple, but my kids love it.

The second one is about food. There are about 20 or so foods that you can click on, and then it gets eaten with fun sounds. My kids call it the "food app", and keeps them entertained for quite some time.

4 yrs old? Astroloquiz is right for her! I just bought it from iTunes and my daughter loves it. I can now hear new words from her because of that app. As a mom, we should guide them from using apps and with this Astroloquiz, I could say that this will really fits for your daughter.

You can get it here - https://itunes.apple.com/app/astrolo...ign-mpt=uo%3D2
