Does the Kindle need a virus protection?

There is a ton of anti-virus apps out there on Amazon App store, 1Market, Getjar etc. They are quite popular and they are all free and very small in size. Most of them are activated when you install a new app, or get a update for an old app so they use almost no resources. So if you ever feel the need, for what ever reason, there is much to choose from. Welcome, fdalbor

I just got one the other day. Go on to the App store, then look up free Norton App. No matter how much security Kindle Fire HD has it isn't anything wrong with getting something that scans. That is what I think. I hope this helps.
