Do you have anything like ccleaner or file explorer to really see?

Don't understand you issue then! If you have moved the contents of your internal storage to an,sd card, you cant be low on storage then?

Ok then, first if there isn't actual a storage problem, you can turn off the low storage. Notification,( on mine 7 gen) go to settings, then display, then turn off low, storage notification.

But first.... Go to settings and then storage, then click on internal storage and it will show you how much space you have left, on mine the notification shows when i have less than a gig of free space..

Remember. That a chunk of theClaimed memory is taking n up by the system, so what ever Amazon say you have is 3or so gigs less.

So.. If its showing close to max there is clearly something there, that needs moving or deleting.
It's possible that a big chunk is save cashed files, install c cleaner and run it and it will give you back a lot of disc space.

TH n go to manage apps, and se how much space each apps is using, most are about 60 meg but those can mount up, some are a gig or so and kill your storage. Trip the ones that are very large or you don't use

Then if its still showing low memory

install se file manager, turn on show hidden files, in the dop down menu, and then click local and then internal storage in the same drop menu and then go through every box on the internal storage to se what's there that shouldn't be

Or, if your happy that you have safe d to sd card every thing you want, do a factory reset and then start again

Nb, you can only move things to the SD card by using ES file manager or similar, if you havnt got it installed you can't have moved things to the SD card, unless it different on earlier models?. Please clarify
