Hi I'm new here so I hope this hasnt already been asked before.
My Kindle Fire has perfect automatic wifi connection when connecting at home. When I try and connect with my phone at work it appears to have a good connection but the small wifi sign at the very top has a cross beside it (although in the settings it is showing as fully connected). Yesterday after much switching on and off it worked fine all day, today its problematic again. Does anybody have any suggestions?
I though maybe deleting cookies etc might work but cannot work out how to do this?
I'm new here as well, but I think I can help point you in the right direction.
Tap the More button on the Options bar.
Tap Settings to view and modify the privacy settings.
There will be an option for clearing cache and cookies too.
