    how slowly ?

sometimes updates have a bad effect, but i've not seen any complaints on other forums about the latest update,+ and my 10; is fine. so it may be that or it may be something else, its easy to confuse the internet running slowly with the device being slow or you may have malware on it or the battery may be on the way out. its really impossible to diagnose at a distance

Do another factory reset and this time don't register it, just skip back and forward at the point it requires you to register and it will ask you if you want to skip. that shuts down all the amazon alexa and other irrelevant programs and will speed the device up considerably any way

    then try it

do an internet speed test to see what your getting

and install malwarebites and run that.

if non of them work and the drop in speed isn't more noticeable with a lower battery level then i'm out of ideas and you'll have to wait to see if amazon update the update
