So the only way I can keep auto reconnect to my WiFi is to do a hard shutdown. If I just put it to sleep it will not reconnect. Calling support later

None of the OP's posts make any sense to me. Either English is not the first language or there is a serious lack of proofreading.

Mine has been flaky too. I have no apps I just got it Saturday night. Sunday it connected fine most of the day and lost it after dinner. Monday morning would not connect to anything and it forgot password. I tried hard shutdown and rebooted router. Wouldn't connect at dentist office this morning on the open network either. I tried static and it said connected but there was a little x by the Internet Icon and I was not really connected. I finally connected just now. I hope it remembers my password now and will be good now.

I'fe reported the issue and they pulled some data off my Fire for the developers to look at. I will report the results here when they get back to me.

    Factory reset resolved the issue.
