About LinkBacksLast night it was working fine. This morning it would not turn on at all. If I try to charge it there are no charging lights. It seems completely dead. Please help. Rick

Last night it was working fine. This morning it would not turn on at all. If I try to charge it there are no charging lights. It seems completely dead. Please help. Rick

If a simple reset (push and hold the power button for 30 seconds) doesn't work, or even if it does, try the procedure outlined in the post below.
