I cannot seem to "borrow" the free Amazon prime lending library books. I go through the site, pick out a book, it says prime members read for free. When I click on download the book, my account is immediately charged $2.99. I have to call Amazon, they delete the charge and the book. They say they can see that I have the amazon prime membership, but I just can't get the books. What am I doing wrong here?

Thanks for the help
It is a little disappointing that customer service couldn't have figured this one out.
In the event you did not...
In the future, be sure to contact Kindle Customer Support and not the general Customer Support. The former consists of extremely knowledgeable, helpful people who are actually located in the U.S. (Seattle).
