insert bar

the insert bar is killing me. when typing messages on forums and such, the space bar changes to "insert" and is really bugging me out. i feel it is ridiculous that i can not turn this off. and i cant believe i am the only person that has a problem with this. is there a keyboard app i can download to correct this problem?

on another note.,., when returning to a previously viewed point of origin, the device will not remember my "spot on the page" and instead returns me to the top of the page. this occurs when browsing anywhere and everywhere. for instance, when browsing the amazon store for video rentals and i scroll down the page and click a movie to look at the details, when i hit the back button to return to my previous page it wont remember my spot on the page. and i know that's gotta be annoying to others as well.

one more thing.,.,. the remedy to the comments above can likely be fixed with a software upgrade, but here's something that cant. the kindle fire is just too dang hard to pop open and remove the battery. my kindle has recently locked up a battery removal so i could reboot. after examining the device i had to scour youtube videos to figure out how. and then through trial and error i found out that its dang near impossible to remove the cover without scarring and minorly damaging the cover of the device.

i typed these comments hurriedly and my sentences were coherent while i was typing, but looking back i can see the "insert" button got me again.

I agree. Not loving the keyboard. Has anyone found a keyboard replacement that works on the Fire? Would love to have Swype on there.
