For folks who are new to Android:
To keep your device running smoothly and quickly, especially your internet browser, it's important to occasionally clear out the device's cache (cache is data that is meant to be stored tempoorarily, but it can build up over time and slow the device down).
Shutting down the device and restarting it will clear out cached data. Another way is to install an app manager that can perform this function (there are several, Gemini is a good one). If you leave your device on for long periods of time without completely shutting it down, clearing out the cache occasionally (like every several days, depending on usage) is a good habit to get into.
I use an app called History Eraser that works great..kills all sorts of data caches.
Where would you get this app History Eraser. That is on your Fire then?
I erase the history every so often anyways hehe
its free on the Amazon Market
