How do you remove items in your cloud permanently? Also how do you zoom in and out of web pages? Thanks

You go though amazon.com in your account I think there a link to manage apps then there should a delete option next to each app

To zoom in and out pinch the screen with 2 fingers and move them out for out and in for in.
