Thanks, I'll give it a try when I get home.
I am very novice to this, I like know that after Root/Hack what do I gain ?
Even after installing the drivers and also adding the following data in the "inf" driver file, i am still having the List of Devices attached as blank!
Please help..
Easy root for sure... however, I can't install Titanium nor will it let me access the market. any ideas?
Cube - Well you need to install I think gapps to get the full Android market, I doubt the TB is on the Amazon market, it is such a limited market that is going to be the driving reason to root the device to get the normal android market.

This guide is only for unrooting, not for installing the android market or gapps. Theres a lot of issues getting those to work so its really not worth ATM.
Also, due to the latest update, this guide is pretty much null. As soon as a new method for rooting crops up ill update the guide. Thanks guys!
I've been reading that this won't work with firmware version 6.2.1, which I have. Will this work or do i need to do something else? I've downloaded everything and am ready to go..... Please help!
Without rooting is it possible to get Outlook or FB apps? Thanks!
Well, you wont be able to get outlook. That is a Microsoft Windows application. You can sync your email to the KF though. There is a native Facebook "app" (which really just links you to the mobile version of the facebook website) but I think Facebook might be available on the Amazon Appstore.
Rooting makes the entire Android market available to you by installing the Google framework required. Thusly, after rooting and taking the proper steps, you could have any app on the android market.
