You may get different results with different browsers that you can install on Kindle Fire; Foxfire, Opera, Chrome, etc.
You can also contain the content within the 600px width of the screen. Place all your code within a <div> that has a width of 590px. Work with the parts of your webpage so they fit in and look good on a browser. That page should look good on Kindle Fire.
