    Can't Download Apps

    Hi all,

    I went to Amazon, couldnt download the apps, dunno why. Credit card info is ok, one click is ok, but still nothing.

    Can anyone help me with this issue?

    Are you using the Store on your KF or are you on the Amazon site on a browser?. Can you download a free book?

    Hold down your power button for a full 20 seconds, release, then press it again to restart. This is a hard restart, and will fix your apps download problem. It's really that simple.
