I would like to get a roboform app for my kindle fire. Under apps I did a search and the only similar app available is LastPass.

Did you check their website? It already exists. Android Password Manager, Android Form Filler, Android Password Management | RoboForm for Android

I did go to the RoboForm site and did see that they had roboform for android. Read instructions but still couldn't follow how to get it downloaded to my kindle fire. Thanks for your response.

Looks like two things are involved. You have to have an annual subscription to RoboForm Anywhere. Assuming you do, then you click the link to download the .apk to your computer and sideload it via a USB cable. If none of that makes sense, you might want to read through the forums on downloading a free file manager such as ES File Explorer and how to sideload apps.
