Without some heavy modifications Google Chrome will not work on the Kindle Fire, any of them. Opera (mobile and mini), Dolphin, Maxthon, and several other lesser known browsers will however work just fine. Firefox works fine on the original fire; but I have not been able to get it to work on my 7"HD. It downloads; installs and loads in just fine; but after about three to five seconds it shuts down (ver 19.02). fdalbor
