    [APP][FREE] Spiral Maker

So I made this nice app that draws spirals on the Kindle Fire and thought I would share it with my friends here on the Kindle Fire Forum.

It is a fun to change all the settings and see what cool patterns it makes. Kids will love it and should keep them entertained.

Amazon App Store Download name: Spiral maker

Amazon.com: Spiral Maker: Appstore for Android

Try it out and let me know what you think, I plan on adding more features soon. Do me a favor and give me feedback on the amazon app store.

    Thank you,

    Virtex

    UPDATES:
1.3 Added new feature to control number of plots per cycle, has a dramatic influence on draw motion.
1.2 Updated interface to include 2 new buttons radius and interval.
The Radius button changes the size of the pen.
The Interval button changes the time between pattern changes.

I tried out your app. I would have liked the options to come up in the menu instead of being right next to the ad which I think is a manipulative way to try to get people to accidentally hit the ad. I wasn't able to find a feature to start a new spiral, maybe I just missed it. I like spirals but unfortunately this app isn't as good as another one I've used. Sorry!

    Rachel,

Thanks for taking the time to try my app out, I am sorry you had issues with my button placement. My goal was to keep the buttons away from the middle of the screen, sorry if you think that was manipulative, that was not my goal. I will work on a new layout based on your comments.

There is a feature to start a new spiral, all you need to do is push anywhere on the screen and hold for 2 secs this will clear the screen.

Your a tough but fair critic, I loved the feedback, thanks for taking the time to make things better.

You're welcome! Putting the buttons away from the middle of the screen is a good idea. Maybe when the app is first opened you can have a popup window that explains a few things about it like how to start a new spiral as I obviously didn't think of holding down on the screen and so others won't figure that out either.

    Good luck!
