    Question regarding magnetic cases

Ok, so I ordered and got the splash SAFARI Slim-Profile Leather Case Cover from Amazon. Looks really nice, feels
well made. It has a couple of magnetic holders at the corners to close the cover. When I first installed it I thought I noticed some lag or lack of response on my beloved Fire. Any one else seen this kind of behavior or is there any
reason Kindles should be sensitive to magnets??

My case has a strip magnet which runs the entire.length of the flap, and it poses.no issues thus far ( four weeks ownership). Kindlefire keyboard ezcellent.

    Dear iamajim,

Magnetic cases should have no affect on the Fire's operation as it has no compass features inside of it.
